In reply to Hobbs. Actually, I meet first with Joomla and then went to the Drupal platform. Then started to test Wordpress. Although it was a late move(2013) but worth move no doubt that. After using WP a couple of months I never moved to any other platform. WordPress is future and you cannot think blogging without it!

In reply to Jeff Evans. You're probably going to end up complicating things a bit too much by implementing shopify with wordpress, also end up spending a lot finding the right developer to do properly develop your shop. Just my 2 cents.

Well, The first page i built was on wordpress so its my first love. I would highly rate it as compared to other platforms such as blogger, wix, weebly etc. WordPress is COMPLETE solution. If there is any noob reading this page. Go for wordpress even if it doesn’t allow you to put the ads in wordpress subdomains, you can go for .com or .info domain later.

Undoubtedly WordPress is a great framework allowing thousands of themes to install and has a vast repository of plugins. Another reason is it’s flexibility. One can create blog or ecommerce store. It’s easy customisation attracts me. I use TemplateToaster to create WordPress themes which has proved the best combination for me to build a perfect website since it requires minimal to no coding and has compatibility with major CMSs.

The first CMS platform I used was joomla and I believed it was the best for several years, but when I first installed on my local machine and tried several plugins and themes I changed my allegiance. It’s been so easy to run multiple sites on wordpress using both free and paid resources.

WP is the best CMS in our time, a huge number of free plug-ins and other items make WordPress the best cms for a small site / blog. With tears in my eyes I remember working with Drupal and Joomla. Thanks to an interesting article some points has adopted.
